Yes, we accept returns on non-personalized items within 21 days of delivery, as long as
the product is unused and in its original condition.
Personalized items cannot be returned, unless the product arrives damaged or with an error made on our end.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make modifications.
How do personalized items work?
Personalized products include an input field where you can type the name you want embroidered. Please double-check spelling before placing your order. 8. What if I made a mistake on the personalized name? Unfortunately, we cannot refund or remake personalized items if the name was submitted incorrectly by the customer. Please review your entry carefully before checkout.
