Little John Baby – Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Little John Baby.
We take great care in designing and creating each item, and we want you to love your order.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 21 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unused
-
unwashed
-
in original packaging
-
in the same condition as received
Please contact us before sending any item back so we can approve the return and provide instructions.
Important:
We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made items (e.g., embroidered blankets, sweaters, comforters, pillows) unless:

the product arrived damaged, or
-
we made an error on our end.
2. Personalized Items
Personalized products are made specifically for you.
For this reason:

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if the customer entered incorrect spelling, names, or details at checkout.

Please double-check all personalization fields before placing your order.
If the product arrives with a manufacturer’s fault or an embroidery mistake made by us:

We will remake or refund the item.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

a description of the problem

clear photos of the item and packaging
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with approval or denial of the refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

the item arrived damaged, or
-
we sent the incorrect product.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
