Can I have my baby's name embroidered in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS?
Yes, however we don't recommend it.
Our fonts are designed to look their best with a capital first letter followed by lowercase letters. Using all uppercase letters can make the embroidery appear less refined and slightly more difficult to read.
To achieve the most beautiful result, we recommend entering names using standard capitalisation (e.g. Oliver instead of OLIVER).
Please note that all names are embroidered exactly as entered during checkout, so be sure to carefully check the spelling and capitalisation before placing your order.
I've reached the character limit. Can I add extra letters?
Our character recommendations are in place to ensure every embroidery looks balanced, elegant and easy to read.
In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a few additional characters depending on the product, font and available embroidery space.
If your baby's name exceeds the recommended limit, please get in touch before placing your order. We'll let you know whether it can be embroidered without compromising the final result.

Which font should I choose?
Each font has its own unique style and embroidery characteristics. There isn't a "better" option—it's simply a matter of personal preference.
- Brush Script is more cursive and elegant.
- Chancery is delicate and refined.
- Garamond is bold, classic and easy to read.
If you're unsure, we recommend looking through our embroidery guide to see real examples of each font.
Why does the embroidery size vary?
To ensure every embroidery looks balanced and beautiful, we adjust the size according to the number of characters.
Shorter names can usually be embroidered slightly larger, while longer names are stitched a little smaller so they fit comfortably on the blanket.
Can I change my embroidery after ordering?
If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to accommodate changes.
Once embroidery has begun, changes are no longer possible, as every personalised item is made specifically for you.
What if I choose two names?
If you choose two names (for example,Oliver James), the embroidery will be made slightly smaller than a single name so that it fits neatly while maintaining a beautiful overall appearance.
